What is a Thermal Charge study of an environment?

Thermal load is the total amount of sensible and latent heat that must be removed or added to the air-conditioned environment in order to maintain the desired temperature and relative humidity conditions.
Conducting a thermal load study is one of the prerequisites for good
and electrical (energy consumption) point of view, as it will indicate the amount of heat that the equipment should be able to take out per hour (heat flow), to meet the conditions human comfort of a given environment.
The heat flux can be expressed in Btu / h, Kcal / h, TR or KW.
