1. Since the drain is a gravity drain, make sure that the piping outside the unit has a downward slope.
2. The piping must be installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
3. When the piping installation is complete, remove the check hole cover located on the right side of the unit, add water to the drain receptacle through the check hole and make sure that the water is being drained completely.
