Built-in drainage tube supported on the floor (multi-modular air conditioning system).

 1. Make sure that the drain pipe is tilted downwards in a ratio of 1/100 or more, and do not direct the drain pipe over another pipe or create a siphon.

2. Limit the horizontal discharge of the drain pipe to no more than 20m (not including the change in height). If the drain tube is long, avoid undulations in the tube by installing support brackets along it. Never use an air outlet pipe. Drain water may escape from such a pipe.

3. If using a collective drain pipe, install a VP30 or equivalent pipe with a downward slope of at least 1/100. Insulate the drain tube properly (with polyethylene foam of at least 6mm) as in the case of a refrigerant pipe.

4. When the pipe installation is complete, pour water into the drain receptacle and check that the water drains completely. Check for leaks in the hose connection.

Sometimes debris may accumulate in the drain receptacle while installation work is being carried out. Remove the strainer from the drain receptacle and clean it. After cleaning the sieve, replace it in the drain receptacle.
