What is dew temperature?

 It is the temperature at which the water vapor in the atmosphere begins to condense. To get it just dial the air conditions in a psychrometric chart and draw a horizontal line to the left until it crosses the saturation line. This temperature corresponds to the saturation temperature of the water at the partial pressure of the steam in the mixture (dry air and water vapor).
