What is refrigeration?

There are many refrigeration settings: (1) developing a particular area of a lower temperature that exists in another area or adjacent area, (2) the cooling process or heat withdrawal or (3) the process by which It produces "cold". In fact, cooling is all that, but especially it is (4) the process of removing heat from a space or body to reduce its temperature and transfer this heat to another space or body.
