Here are a few checks on the errors below:
E1 = with flashing red LED - indicates that the OVC signal is not reaching the X20 mainboard connector check in condensing the high pressure switch, the relay current and thermal fuses in the connection terminal block. Some of these components is open or opening during operation generating the error.
E2 = with flashing red LED - indicates that the evaporator immersion sensor detected freezing or is out of calibration. To test the sensor using the table 20K sensor bulletin.
E3 = with flashing red LED - indicates that the LPP signal is not reaching the X-19 connector on the motherboard. Check in condensing the low pressure switch it will be open or opening during operation of equipment indicating lack of gas or that it is out of calibration.
E4 = indicates that the immersion sensor connected to the compressor discharge temperature detected high in the refrigerant gas outlet. Check the gas charge and possible obstructions or lack of ventilation in the condenser. The sensor and 50K.
E5 = indicates that there was a power failure for more than 3 seconds or the current reached up to 25 amperes. The plate off the compressor and presents E5 when this occurs 6 times.
red LED flashing indicates that the compressor discharge sensor is loose or uncalibrated. Check the bulletin in 1303 to test its resistance. After some time appear E3 error together.
Temperature sensor shows no error, but the evaporator is only fanning. Check if it is not in trouble by 15K sensor bulletin. The fact display error does not mean that the problem is on the board or in the open component. Lack of gas, dirty condenser, phase failure, bad capacitor, etc. generate these errors. always check the pressure, current, voltage, insufflation and other data before asking for guidance.
