Description of a Fan-Coil / Chiller system

A fan-coil system Chiller makes use of an intermediate fluid (cold water mixed with ethylene glycol) acclimate to the surroundings. The water is cold in the chiller located in a machine room. The chilled water is circulated by pumps cold water. In the chiller, usually condensation of the refrigerant is performed through the use of water flowing through a cooling tower or may be, air condensation for smaller capacities. The fan-coils are given the cold water to about 7 ° C and cools the rooms to be cooled and returns is water with the temperature of about 12ºC for the chiller.
