In case of difference of 4 meters between the evaporator and condenser units of a split, with the evaporation plant level below what should be done?

It must be installed in the suction line to a siphon every 3 meters gap. In installation where are the evaporator unit and the condenser unit at the same level or the evaporator unit is at a higher level it should be installed immediately after the exit of the evaporator unit in the suction line, a siphon followed by an inverted "U", whose the same upper level must be in the same plane as the highest point of the evaporator.
