The air must be renewed a certain number of times per hour, according to the nature and characteristics of the place.
For example, a domestic kitchen should have 10 to 15 air renovations per hour.
The minimum fan output flow for a 60 m3 kitchen would be:
Flow rate (m3 / h) = number of renewals / hour x Site volume
Flow = 15 x 60
Flow rate = 900 m3 / h
In addition to the flow rate there are other important characteristics to take into account:
Air outlet pressure
Rated motor voltage (single phase or three phase)
Engine speed
Rated motor power
