- If the unit operates with the temperature measured at the external coil sensor less than 3 ° C for more than 2 hours or remains at -2 ° C for more than 3 minutes, the defrost function is activated;
- The defrost ends when one of the following conditions is satisfied:
a) The temperature of the external coil exceeds 12ºC;
b) At temp. of the external coil exceeds 8 ° C and remains for 80 seconds;
c) The unit operates for 10 minutes in defrost mode.
