Care in the Installation of Split Air Conditioner with Refrigerant R-410A. Level 2

Hire the supplier or a specialist to install the split air conditioner

• Cables and wiring must meet national standards or regulations. if the wiring is incomplete or incorrect, fire or electric shock will occur.

• Use the specified cables 1.0mm² or higher, connecting them securely to the indoor / outdoor units. tighten and use a clamp to secure the cable so that nothing forces the terminal.

• The routing of the wires must be properly organized, so that the control panel cover is fixed.

• Do not damage or scratch the conductor core and the internal insulation of the cables.

• Do not warp or dent the surface of the cables. do not press or clamp cables, etc.

• Do not use cables for interconnection. never perform electrical wiring connection with methods other than those approved. otherwise, overheating, smoke or fire may occur due to contact errors.

• Turn off the main power supply and the circuit breaker before carrying out any work on electricity. check that all electrical switches and circuit breakers are turned off. otherwise, electric shock may occur.

• Connect the connection cable correctly. if it is connected incorrectly, the electrical parts may be damaged.

• The installation of the ground wiring must be done according to the installation manual.

• Check that the cable ties and the unit cover are in the specified positions. mount the cable box cover firmly with the screws.

• Do not install the device near concentrations of combustible gas or vapors. failure to comply with this recommendation may result in fire or explosions.

• If the refrigerant gas leaks during installation, allow fresh air to enter the room. if the refrigerant gas comes into contact with fire it can produce a poisonous gas. do not allow air or moisture to remain in the refrigeration cycle. otherwise, the pressure

in the refrigeration cycle it will become excessively high, possibly causing a rupture or personal injury.
