1. Tube flanging
- With a pipe cutter, cut the copper tubes from the required gauges.
- While cutting, keep each pipe tilted downwards in order to avoid burr contamination. Remove any burr.
- Insert the cooling nuts in each tube and flange the tube with the appropriate flange.
2. Curves in the pipe
- When bending the tube, be careful not to break it. To avoid breaking, avoid bending to a radius less than 100mm.
- If the copper tube is bent frequently, it will become rigid. Do not bend a tube more than 3 times in the same place.
- Check that it is flanged evenly.
- Check that there are no cracks.
