Capacity control of split inverter air conditioner

The cooling capacity varies with the change of the compressor motor speed. The inverter changes the speed of the compressor motor, changing once from AC 220-240V to DC, and controls capacity by changing the compressor's power status

with the transistor module (includes 6 transistors). The control outline is as follows: the position and speed of the engine speed are detected, detecting the electromotive force of the winding of the compressor motor in operation. The speed of the rotations is changed

so that the motor impulse, based on the speed of the operation command for the switching time, (current transfer time) to change the output voltage of the inverter and the winding of the electrical supply.

The detection of the speed position for the control is performed 12 times per 1 compressor rotation.

The frequency range of the electrical supply to the compressor differs depending on the operational status.
