Insufficient refrigerant supply to the evaporator:
- Check the filter drier, distributor or lines for obstruction. Replace or correct.
- Check the expansion valve for obstruction. Replace if necessary.
- Check that the expansion valve overheats (4 to 6 ° C). Adjust if necessary.
- Check for excessive pressure loss in the refrigerant lines due to the distance, unevenness or diameter of the pipes. Correct if necessary
- Check the position of the bulb and equalizer tube of the expansion valve. Correct according to factory specification.
