Precautions on installing split type air conditioner condensing units:

· Select a place where there is no constant movement of people. This place should be the driest, free of dust and or any other suspended particles;
· Installation near heat sources or vapors, exhaust fans or flammable gases should be avoided;
· Avoid installing the machine in such a way that the air discharge from the unit is away from prevailing winds;
· Observe the minimum distances recommended for proper air circulation by the manufacturers;
Installation of the unit should be avoided so that the air discharge from one unit becomes the air intake of another unit, minimizing the recirculation, short circuit, of the exhaust air from the units;
· The unit should be installed in properly level locations avoiding installation on soft surfaces such as grass;
· It is recommended to use rubber pads near the feet to avoid unwanted noise;
A proper drainage of the drainage hydraulics must be verified by pouring water into the unit;
