Defective or starting relay or condenser or not suitable for the specific compressor.
Try to install a new relay and be careful that the writing TOP (high in English) is at the top of the installed relay. If the original relay is of the amperometric type and the appropriate part is not found, a solid state relay can be installed up to a compressor power of 500W absorbed. Try to replace the capacitors.
