The compressor does not start and it is not possible to perceive any hum, even if the socket or the current arrives and the thermostat is set at a lower temperature than the one in the IV refrigerated chamber.

The compressor supply line is interrupted.
Disconnect the line from its ends and check its circuit continuity.
