Contact freezing

The most common equipment is contact plates. The continuous belt system is only used for special products (pasty to palletize).
The plate freezer is widely used with regular products of flat surfaces, products that can be regularized in trays or packagings and pasty products and liquids.
The advantages are the high coefficient of heat transfer (normal of 250kcal / h.m2 ° C), the absence of intermediate freezing medium and no dehydration of the product.
There are models of vertical and horizontal plates of manual or automatic load.
