TROUBLESHOOTING - Double CAPACITOR

When it is double capacitor, to measure the capacitance of the capacitor of the compressor connect one of the tips in the Common terminal (C) and another in the terminal Hemetic (H).
Also, and double capacitor, to measure the capacitance of the capacitor of the fan, connect one of the tips in the Common terminal (C) and another in the terminal Fan (F).

A) Capacitor burst
B) Loss of capacitance
C) Oil leakage
D) Open capacitor
