Refrigerating doors

Refrigerator doors deserve full attention. They are the most fragile components of the chamber and surround the insulation of the cold room. The main characteristics of a good refrigerator door are:
• Insulation. Thermal insulation should be continued; a lower thermal resistance than the walls is allowed.
• Ponds. It must be impermeable to the passage of air and water vapor. The controlled atmosphere chamber doors will have to make a good gas seal to maintain the desired atmosphere conditions.
• Good mechanical resistance. It is subject to frequent and sometimes unmanned maneuvers.
• Unformable. The door frame must remain undeformable under all conditions of temperature, humidity and pressure.
• Total free opening. When open, leave the whole of the stop light span free; handles or other accessories should stay out of this area.
• Fast. Especially in motorized transport chambers should be kept open as short as possible.
• Safe. Both in the aspect of functioning as well as personal safety. It must have efficient internal opening safety systems.
