What is Polyurethane Injection?

It is a system that mixes the components that make up the polyurethane and is directly injected by appropriate machinery into previously prepared cavities. By reacting the components the material expands by fully filling the cavity and firmly adhering the walls of the cavity. A sheet metal jacket (aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel) is used to form the outer face of the cavity where the material is injected.
