The entire suction line must be isolated. If the liquid line is exposed to direct sunlight or high temperature, it must also be isolated (the normal temperature of the liquid line is between 35ºC and 40ºC). Never weld the liquid and suction lines together. They can be fastened together, but they must be completely isolated from each other.
