Operation precautions
1) When removing the front panel or the PC board, be sure to turn off the power.
2) When removing the PC board, hold the corners and do not force the parts.
3) When connecting or disconnecting the connectors on the PC card, hold the entire frame. Do not pull on the conductor wires.
Inspection procedures
1) When you think that a PC card is defective, check that the copper plate is not disconnected, burned or discolored.
2) The PC board consists of the following 2 parts:
a) Main part of the PC board:
DC power circuit (5V, 12V ,, 35V), internal fan motor control circuit, CPU and peripheral circuits, bell and drive circuit for the upper and lower ventilation grids.
b) Infrared ray reception unit:
Infrared and LED reception circuit. To check for defects on the PC card, follow the procedures described in the manufacturer's manual.
