Remove the battery cover according to the direction of the arrow.
Insert the new batteries making sure that the (+) and (-) poles of the batteries match perfectly. Re-attach the cover by sliding it to the final position.
Observation:
Use 2 LR03 AAA batteries (1.5 volt). Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Replace batteries with batteries of the same type when the display becomes cloudy.
If the replacement is made in 1 minute, the remote control will preserve the original setting. However, if you want to change the Heat Pump setting to Cooling Only or Cooling Only to Heat Pump, you must insert the batteries 3 minutes after removing the old batteries.
