The condensing units are considered the heart of the commercial refrigeration is the condensing unit which is the compressor, which moves the refrigerant in the pipe, causing it to circulate throughout the system.
The condensing units may be of the types: hermetic, semi-hermetic or open.
Safety Precaution:
The compressors are mostly fed with AC voltage with relatively high values and can be fatal if touched on their uncovered terminals or the compressor housing is defective, if the refrigeration technician is ungloved or little insulation. It is therefore recommended that the electricity is interrupted at the time of cooling system maintenance.
hermetic units
Hermetic condensing units are those that use type compressors closed where it is not possible to perform maintenance, which are integers replaced compressors when defective.
Semi-hermetic Units
They are called semi-hermetic units these units using compressor and electric motor on the inside of easy maintenance. It can be dismantled and maintainable in case of emergency.
