After the installation of the units with the electrical and refrigeration interconnection ready, the following procedures must be taken:
1) Install the pressure gauge set.
2) Leak test:
The. Apply a pressure of 200 psig of nitrogen to the refrigerator line;
B. Use a soap and water solution in the connections and welds made to check for leaks;
ç. After two hours the line pressure should be kept at 200 psig.
3) Vacuum procedure:
The. Connect the vacuum gauge and the vacuum pump to the refrigerator circuit;
B. The vacuum must be made until reaching 300 mHg;
ç. Break the line vacuum by adding refrigerant gas or opening the condenser unit valves.
