Defective thermal protector
Check that the starting and running currents are within the limits specified by the compressor manufacturer. Also check the compressor temperature. The absence of overload or evident overheating
demonstrate that the Thermal Protector device is insufficient. For different protection systems proceed as follows:
Thermoamperometric thermal protector or external thermostatic: replace the thermal protector.
Thermoamperometric protector built into the compressor: replace the compressor.
