Line voltage below the tolerance limits.
Measure the voltage at the meter output: If it is below the tolerance limits, require the intervention of the electricity supply company. If, on the contrary, the voltages are at the limits, check if there was a voltage drop at the compressor input when the compressor zooms, but does not start. If there is a voltage drop, the line is shown to be of insufficient section. Replace the line with another of a suitable section. If the insufficient voltage is not due to the internal line and if the decrease is not temporary, the torque can be increased.
