To perform the leak test, a mixture of water and soap (detergent) can be used to observe the formation of bubbles, follow the instructions below:
Pressurize the cycle with 0.5 kg / cm of R-22 refrigerant.
Complement the pressurization with dry nitrogen until reaching a pressure of 13kg / cm
(200psi). This pressure must not be exceeded.
Check for leaks at suspicious points such as welds and connections.
If a leak is found, it must be eliminated and the test must be retaken.
