Important safety information about split air conditioners

• Do not put your hands or objects in the air outlet of the evaporator (internal) and condenser (external) units. These units contain a fan spinning at high speed. Touching the moving fan can cause serious injury.

• To avoid the risk of electric shock, never pour or spray water or liquids on the evaporator unit.

• To clean the unit, use a dry, soft cloth. Never use cleaning fluids or aerosol. To avoid electric shock, never try to clean the unit by pouring water on it.

• Ventilate the room regularly while the air conditioner is in use, especially if there is gas or electrical equipment in the room. Failure to follow this instruction may result in loss of oxygen in the environment.

• To prevent electric shock, turn the unit off or unplug the power cord before starting any cleaning or maintenance on the equipment. Follow the cleaning guidelines in this manual.

• Do not use the plug to turn the equipment on or off. Do not damage the cable or plug!

• Do not use acid-based cleaners or caustic soda on the unit. Coil cleaning products can destroy unit components (drain pan, evaporating coil).

• Do not use paints and other flammable products (alcohol, benzene) near the device, as they can cause ignition.

• Do not attempt to install the unit yourself. This unit requires installation by accredited persons.

• Do not attempt to service this unit yourself. This unit has no parts that can be handled or removed and removing the cover may expose you to high voltage. Unplugging the unit from the outlet does not prevent electric shock.

• Make sure that the supply voltage is the equipment voltage!

• Do not adjust the inflation angle in a way that directly affects people. This causes a feeling of discomfort, being harmful to health, especially if they are sleeping.

• If the fuse is oversized, a high current can pass, which can cause overheating, burning the device and even a fire.

• It is not recommended to use the device by children or unprepared people.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they are not playing with the device.
