PMOC - Determinations for Cleaning, Maintenance, Operation and Control of Air Conditioning Systems

Maintain clean system components such as trays, coils, humidifiers, fans and ducts in order to prevent the diffusion or multiplication of agents harmful to human health and to maintain good indoor air quality.
Use only biodegradable products in the cleaning, duly registered with the Ministry of Health for this purpose.
Periodically check the physical conditions of the filters, keep them in operation and replace them when necessary.
Restrict the use of the compartment where the return air mixer and the renewal air is installed, to the exclusive use of the air conditioning system. Do not use in the same compartment, materials, products or utensils.
Preserve the collection of external air, free of external pollutant sources, that present risks to human health and equip it with a minimum G1 class filter (Thick Particulates with Efficiency between 60 and 74%).
Ensure the adequate air renewal rate for indoor air-conditioned environments, that is, at least 27 m³ / hour / person.
Discard the solid soils removed from the systems after cleaning, packed in bags of resistant material and suitable porosity, to avoid scattering of inhalable particles.
