Access to components, controls and electrical sources should only be allowed to qualified and trained persons. It is recommended to disconnect and lock all sources of electricity before any intervention in the unit's electrical equipment.
Power supply voltage
The characteristics of the electrical supply must correspond to those indicated on the nameplate of the unit. The voltage must be within a range of +/- 10% of the voltage indicated on the nameplate. The imbalance between phases must not exceed 2%.
Component sizing
A three-pole disconnect switch with fuses or circuit breaker with similar breaking characteristics must be installed for each set.
The dimensioning of the power point, conductors and protections must be in accordance with ABNT NBR5410 norm or INTERNATIONAL norms.
