Electronic Expansion Valves regulate the flow of refrigerant by means of a microprocessor. This microprocessor controls
overheating by means of thermistor and transducer. The coolant enters at high pressure through the bottom of the valve through a series of calibrated holes, a sliding bushing opens or closes the holes, changing the passage area. A stepper motor controls the sliding bushing.
