This test should be done with the sensor off by unplugging the 10-way connector of the cooler plate and testing direct the wire cable terminals.
Pinos 7:05 (red) - defrost sensor
Pins 8 and 9 (brown) - temperature sensor
Check with multimeter in the range of 200K or higher if the values are close to the table.
