a) Keep the cabinet and the area around the unit as clean as possible.
b) Periodically clean the coils with a soft brush. If the fins are very dirty, use a jet of compressed air or low pressure water in the reverse direction of the air flow. Take care not to damage the fins. If they are wrinkled, it is recommended to use a comb comb suitable for correcting the problem.
c) Check the tightness of connections, flanges and other fixings, avoiding the appearance of vibrations, leaks and noise.
d) Ensure that the insulations of the metal parts and pipes are in the correct place and in good condition.
e) Periodically check that the voltage and unbalance between the phases remains within the specified limits.
d) Adjusting the belt tension:
1- Loosen the motor from its base. Do not loosen the motor base from its attachment to the unit.
2- Move the motor forward or backward until the appropriate belt tension is reached (15 to 20 mm deflection for a 4 kg force applied in the center of the belt extension).
3- Check the alignment of the pulleys according to the manufacturer.
4- Tighten the motor fixing screws.
5-Check the voltage again after 24 hours of operation.
