Some precautions are necessary to ensure the good performance of the horizontal freezer. The device must be installed in such a way that it does not obstruct the entry and exit of the condensation air.
In commercial installations it is common to install two or three freezers together. Thus, it is necessary to avoid that the hot air coming out of the condenser of one is not sucked in by the cold air intake of the other.
The freezer must be installed in places where there is no sunlight. If this is unavoidable, advise the customer to install an awning on the outside of the establishment.
Try to advise the customer not to pour water on the sealed unit when washing the floor. In addition to rusting the cabinet, this procedure can seriously damage the electrical components, such as the fan motor, starting relay, thermal protector, starting capacitor and thermostat.
Try plugging each freezer into separate outlets and avoid plugging several freezers into a universal type tapper.
