The process of creating a vacuum in the pipeline is mandatory to remove moisture. - Start the procedure by installing the vacuometer in a double-stage vacuum pump; - Connect the low manifold hose to the service valve; - Connect the central hose of the manifold to the vacuum pump;
With the service valves closed, open the manifold discharge register; - Turn the pump on until it reaches a pressure of 300 to 500 m Hg.
After reaching the vacuum, close the manifold discharge valve and turn off the pump; - Break the vacuum by opening the liquid line.
