Before placing the evaporator and condenser units of the split air conditioner, study the passage path of the copper pipes and the drain, respecting the limits of the pipes.

 Also check: - If a power point is available;

- Whether the existing structure supports the extra weight;

- If there are no obstacles to the flow of air on site;

- If the minimum distances are respected;

- If there will be no short circuit in the air outlet of the evaporator (it occurs for example when the air is blown directly against an obstacle);

- If there is a siphon box for drain installation;

- Whether the chosen location allows future maintenance.

- The condensing unit must be installed on a firm and flat surface, respecting the minimum distances indicated. Under no circumstances can condensation air outlets be blocked.

- If the outdoor unit is installed close to the sea or in a place where it is very windy, position it against a wall, observing the recommended minimum distances;

- If the condensing unit is installed on an elevated surface, provide a solid and flat structure, with the installation of vibration absorbers produced by the compressor;
