Complying with current Occupational Health and Safety standards;
1. Execution of an appropriate design of the refrigeration systems, guided by engineering standards and codes;
2. Preventive maintenance schemes with a visual inspection at all critical points - welds, bends, joints, mechanical seals - at least every 3 months;
3. Effective monitoring and operation of refrigeration systems, as tanks and reservoirs must pass a complete HSE inspection, within the maximum deadlines provided for in national legislation (NR 13), with welding radiography and pressure tests recommended.
4. Process safety information;
5. Preliminary analysis of existing risks;
6. Operational and emergency procedures duly described and disclosed to workers involved in operations;
7. Technical training of workers;
8. Change management mechanisms;
9. Periodic audits;
10. Investigation of incidents.
