- General inspection in the installation of the equipment, short air circuit, distribution of insufflation in the units.
- Check electrical installations.
- Wash and dry the air filter.
- Measure operating voltage and current and compare with the nominal.
- Measure voltage with locked rotor and observe voltage drop until the protector turns off.
- Check tightness of all electrical terminals of the units, avoid possible bad contacts.
- Check dirt obstruction and crushed fins.
- Check the drain hose for possible blockages or dents.
- Clean the cabinets.
- Measure temperature differential.
- Check the shaft clearance of the electric motors.
- Check propeller or turbine positioning, fixing and balancing.
- Check operation of the thermostat.
