1. Welding must be carried out downwards or laterally. Avoid welding upwards (to avoid incomplete welding).
(Recommendation)
2. Always use the piping materials specified for liquid and gas tubes and make sure they are installed in the correct direction and at the right angle.
3. The “blowing nitrogen gas” method must be used when welding.
1. Pay attention to fire prevention measures. (Take preventive measures in the area where the welding work is to be carried out, such as keeping a fire or water extinguisher handy.
2. Be careful not to burn yourself.
3. Make sure that there are no gaps between the tubes and that the couplings are appropriate. (don't forget to weld all the joints.)
3. Make sure the tubes are properly supported.
• Check the manufacturer's table that provides guidelines for the gap between horizontal copper tube supports.
• Avoid securing copper tubes directly with metal supports.
Gas welding of refrigerant pipes must be performed by qualified personnel, in compliance with local regulations.
