The fluid contained in the thermostatic element of the MOP expansion valve has condensed in the bellows (or at the top of the membrane) in place of the bulb.
Lightly heat the upper part of the expansion valve in relation to the cylindrical body containing the bellows (or in correspondence with the upper side of the membrane).
