Internal reservoir of the Thermal Reservoir for hot water storage
Internal reservoir: made of copper, stainless steel or thermoplastic material, it provides mechanical resistance to withstand the pressure of the system. As it is in direct contact with water, the material of the internal reservoir must have good resistance to corrosion. The thickness of the thermal reservoir wall is calculated according to the working pressure to which the Thermal Reservoir will be subjected. Normally these equipments are manufactured for pressures up to 5 m.c.a (low pressure), up to 20 m.c.a (medium pressure) and for pressures up to 40m.c.a (high pressure). 1 m.c.a = 0.1 Kgf / cm².
