Coils and fins: The absorber plate consists of a copper tube attached or welded to an aluminum or copper fin. Its function is to capture the heat and transfer it to the fluid that passes inside it. The fin receives a superficial coating, usually black matte, increasing the absorptivity of the radiation reaching it.
