Electronic thermostat in conventional refrigerators

This type of thermostat requires an electronic circuit with a direct current power supply. As with the hair bulb, an electronic sensor is attached to the evaporator wall. According to the temperature variation, this sensor varies the ohmic resistance, sending a variable electrical signal to the controller. A load relay then turns the electrical components on and off.
