Bimetallic thermostat in conventional refrigerators

It basically consists of two bimetallic blades that, when expanding or contracting, connect or disconnect the platinum contact. It does not allow manual adjustment, since it has already been calibrated from the factory to act in a certain temperature range. The bimetallic thermostat is used to control the automatic defrost process in special refrigerators.
