What is wire-ground?
It is a conductor connected to earth by means of a grounding electrode or grounding device. The grounding electrode is a piece of galvanized iron that, buried in the ground to a certain depth, serves to place electrical equipment and installations in contact with the earth. Grounding is required by the utility to prevent any accidents that may occur in distribution networks. Appliances should also be grounded, as is mandatory in many countries. In this case, grounding is done by the ground wire to the appliance plug that must have three conductors, two for power and one for grounding. The absence of ground wire connection as its improper connection presents a danger to the person who will use an appliance.
