Compressor used in refrigerators operation check

• Oil Compression: Before considering the perfectly functioning compressor, check that it is not compressing excess oil to the system; because all the compressors compress an oil film. This check is performed by turning on the compressor and checking whether the discharge pipe is expelling or dripping oil at the outlet.
• Noise: If metallic noise (friction between iron parts) is noticed during the operation of the compressor, the compressor's internal damping system may be damaged or some loose internal component. In these cases, the compressor must be replaced.
• Compressor return: When it is found that the compressor should be replaced as a guarantee, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Because it is an ecological compressor (R134a) it comes equipped with ester oil, which has a high hygroscopicity index (the ability of a substance to absorb moisture), so it is imperative that the compressor tubes never be opened for a longer time to 15 minutes.
